Love at First Fight

Tasked with defeating the Queen of Dragons, Finley the Bard and his party of adventurers began scaling her Sacred Tower. However, upon reaching the top, Finley realized they were no match for Her Majesty, and his party was swiftly wiped out from a mighty fireball. Finley, in a stroke of luck, managed to survive, and now he had to defeat the Queen alone. But how could he? He was defenseless, armed with only his quick wit and bardic charm. 

Luckily, that was enough. 

In "Love at First Fight", you play as Finley the Bard who has to dodge the Queen's relentless attacks to stay alive. However, rather than attacking her, the player must win her love to defeat her. To do this, Finley is constantly writing a love poem at the top of the screen. Occasionally, he will become stuck, and the player must collect words on the ground in order to fill in his poem. Collecting words will change the game depending on what word the player collected by either giving the player a new ability, changing the map, or altering the boss' behavior. To beat the game, the player must survive long enough to help Finley complete the entire poem.
